Senior Litigation Solicitor / Partner

The Role

The firm are looking to recruit a Senior Litigation Solicitor / Partner into their flourishing Fulham office.

You will lead the litigation department, you will work with the firms other Partners to drive the department forwards. You will trade under a trusted name that has deep roots in the local community. You will have the autonomy to make the role your own.

This roles comes with excellent prospects and would be a perfect stepping stone for a candidate perhaps working in a top-heavy top seeking a route for career progression / partnership.

Your caseload will be varied which will make for an interesting role, you will deal with; Contract disputes, Professional negligence claims, Debt recovery, Director and Shareholder actions, Company disputes, Property litigation and some insolvency

You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role

Requirements

• You will be a Litigation Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will have good business development experience and will be commercially minded
• You should have a strong billing track record
• A strong technical knowledge is essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, plus a lucrative bonus structure.
