The Role

This expanding firm are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (Solicitor / FILEx / Licensed Conveyancer) with 1-4 years' PQE to join their office in Ware, Hertfordshire.

You will deal with all matter of Conveyancing matters to a high standard including the following: dealing with both freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases, transfers of legal title and remortgages.

Requirements

• You will be a Conveyancer (Solicitor/ FILEx / Licensed Conveyancer) with 1-4 years PQE
• be self-sufficient
• work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• work towards achieving set KPIs (financial and matter time targets)
• promote and develop self, team and the firm
