Dynamic Personal Injury Litigator sought for a well-established firm in Lancashire on a full-time, permanent basis.

Joining a highly successful law firm located in Blackburn, Lancashire, the successful applicant will utilise their skills and expertise to undertake a varied and complex caseload, whilst providing high quality advice to clients at all times.

• Road traffic accidents
• Use of the MoJ portal
• Part 36 procedures
• Assessing liability
• Evaluating quantum
• Obtaining medical records
• Instructing counsel
• Negotiating settlements
• European regulations and Article 75
• Attending hearings and conferences
• Supervising and training junior staff

The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE
• Experience in personal injury is essential for this role
• Possess a proven track record of RTA litigation
• Personable with excellent negotiation skills is highly advantageous
• Communication and client care skills must be of exceptional standard
• Work efficiently in a team as well as individually under your own initiative
