Private Client Solicitor
We have recently been instructed on a fantastic new Private Client role with an award winning and friendly firm in Darlington. Our Legal 500 client has been established since the 1800's and is extremely well known in the market and boasts a strong reputation.
Dealing with high value, good quality work you will be working on a broad range of Private Client matters including drafting Wills, inheritance tax planning, trust creation and administration, court of protection applications, estate administration, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney.
As there is an existing caseload and solid client base for you to come into, you should therefore be able to hit the ground running and it is also necessary that you can work with minimal support or supervision.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in an established firm who is committed to developing their employees from within.
The successful candidate should ideally have a minimum of 2 years' PQE, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this bracket.
How to Apply:
Having been established for over 20 years, we are experts in legal recruitment. Our strength derives from the fact that we are well-known, well-respected and have developed long-standing bonds with both our clients and candidates, and have become an authority on all aspects of legal recruitment.
