Job Details
We have recently been instructed on a fantastic new Residential Conveyancing role with an award winning and friendly firm in Darlington due to the firm expanding. Our Legal 500 client has been established since the 1800's, is extremely well known in the market and boast a strong reputation.
Dealing with high value, good quality work you will be working on a broad range of Residential Conveyancing matters including; sales and purchase, partnership agreements, transfer of titles and more.
It is necessary that you can manage your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters with minimal support or supervision. As there is an existing caseload and solid client base for you to come into, you should be able to hit the ground running.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in an established firm who is committed to developing their employees from within.
The successful candidate should ideally have 3+ years' PQE, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this bracket.
