A well known national law firm in Manchester is seeking an RTA/LVI Solicitor with experience in LVI/Fraud to join their growing litigation department.
This is your opportunity join a dedicated team of fee-earners dealing with specialised RTA personal injury claims in which LVI has been alleged. This firm is a Legal 500 firm whose leading personal injury team is based in the heart of Manchester city centre.
You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of RTA LVI fraud files throughout all stages of litigation. You must therefore be a qualified RTA/LVI Solicitor with experience handling your own caseload of litigated RTA claims in which Fraud/LVI has been alleged. You will ideally have a strong billing record, and experience working towards targets is desirable.
