In this role, you will be dealing with an array of Company and Commercial matters, however, there will be an emphasis on transnational work. Other work will involve acting for companies (and their owners), charities, and schools. This might include: General company law advice, Commercial agreements, Acquisitions and mergers, Restructurings, Shareholders’ agreements, Joint ventures, and Data Protection and Information Management 
 
To be considered for this position, you will need to be a qualified solicitor with a keen interest in company commercial work. This position is open to newly qualified solicitors as well as those with experience up to 5 years' post qualification. Business development is a key component of this position and therefore you will need to be comfortable and confident to bring in new business for the firm.
