Job Title: Residential Conveyancer (12 month FTC)

Salary: £38,000 - 42,000

Location: Buckinghamshire

Fixed Term Contract: 12 months from 01/07/19

My client are seeking an experienced conveyancer to cover a maternity leave for 12 months from the start of July 2019. They are a well respected practice with offices throughout the Home Counties who are looking for someone to pick up the caseload of a 4 year PQE solicitor who has been managing a mixed bag of sales and purchase, leasehold and freehold work. The solicitor who is going on maternity leave manages a busy caseload varying between 60 and 80 files depending on instructions.

The ideal candidate will also have experience of maintaining excellent client relationships and be able to provide regular feedback on the progress of files to the network of referrers to the office as well as manage the busy caseload mentioned above.

Should the solicitor going on maternity leave decide not to return to work this could then turn into a permanent role but there is no guarantee that this will happen.
