The Role

This firm are looking for a Finance & Investment Funds Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE to join their West End practice.

You will have your own portfolio of transactions to manage and will need to have demonstrable experience in managing client expectations and transaction delivery, contributing to the knowledge of the team and negotiation with counterparts as well as conducting client meetings providing strategic advice on all aspects of finance.

The practice specialises in debt capital markets, derivatives, international financing, investment funds, securitisation, structured finance and real estate finance.

You will be fundamental to the team's efforts to continue expanding and developing the Finance & Investment Funds practice. This is a real opportunity to raise your profile and become a senior member of this practice.

The team deal with high end international clients and you will have exposure to a broad range of products and services.

Requirements:

• You will be a Finance & Investment Funds Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE.
• Experience in a diverse range of Finance areas, or experience in some areas but with a keen drive to broaden out into other areas.
• You should be ambitious and wanting to progress and take on more responsibility.
• You will have exceptional business development skills and client facing expertise.
• Be comfortable handling a demanding transactional caseload.
