This London-based Regulator with National remit is expanding!
We have an exciting opportunity within our client's Investigations team. This role is a FTC to cover a period of maternity.
This role will suit an experienced leader that can enhance staff, processes and systems development and support a culture of continuous improvement to achieve strategic aims and priorities.
As an Operational Manager, you will have excellent communication and leadership skills and a track record of delivering department objectives through others.
To succeed in your application you must be educated to degree level and have previous experience of:
- Manage and monitor processes, including investigating complaints
- Strong problem-solving skills and high levels of communication both internal and external.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality reports
