There is a full time post (37 Hours per week) based in Legal Services, County Hall, Glenfield, Leicestershire. The present post is part of a team that supports the County Council's HR and Education functions.
This is an ideal time to join Legal Services as it is in process of a re-structure which will see this post located in a newly created Education, Employment and Traded Services Team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to help the new team rapidly establish itself in supporting the County Council's desire to embrace a more Commercially focused approach.

You will be expected to provide timely, accurate legal advice to council officers, including qualified HR practitioners, elected members, and partner organisations including academies and schools as appropriate.

Whilst responsible for your own cases, the ability to work colloratively and flexibly as part of a team is essential.
