Private Client Solicitor – An incredible opportunity has arisen for a 4 year+ PQE private client solicitor to join a Berkshire private practice to play a significant part in their private client offering. To be considered for this private client solicitor role you will have a solid academic background and will have worked in a private client team. As a private client solicitor you will be managing your own mixed case load consisting of, but not limited to, estate administration, wills, court of protection, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts. A team player is required for this private client solicitor position as you may need to assist fee-earners on occasion. Being enthusiastic and passionate about private client matters is also a plus as you will be expected to keep up-to-date with all relevant law changes. Ideally, you will be on your way to qualifying for STEP or be STEP qualified. The successful private client solicitor will enjoy providing a quality service to clients and will be pro-active in business development.
