Job Details
Our client is seeking a senior legal assistant/paralegal to join their busy residential conveyancing department situated in Altrincham. The team here deal with all aspects of residential property from inception through to completion including sales, purchases and rentals. remortgaging, equity release, lease extension and freehold rent charges.
You will be working alongside an associate solicitor and one other junior assistant/paralegal. This is a non-fee earning role, but there will be an opportunity to progress as the department grows, and eventually run your own caseload.
You will be bright and enthusiastic with outstanding academics, and a desire to get things done. Due to the nature of the role, you will also need to have had at least 4 years' experience gained within a busy residential conveyancing department.
Salary dependant on experience, although up to £23,000 for the right person. You will also qualify for their attractive bonus scheme following an initial probationary period.
