Commercial Property Solicitor

If you are a self-motivated and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor wishing to join a leading commercial property team with a Legal 500 practice in an enviable location, then my client would like to hear from you!

The successful applicant will enjoy being part of one of the largest, non-City based law firms in the West Midlands and, what is highly unusual to find, is that they will consider someone working four days/week as well as full-time.

You will be handling a top drawer commercial property caseload including sales and acquisitions of land and property, landlord and tenant work (with a strong focus on asset management from a landlord perspective), retail matters, commercial development, investment acquisitions and helping clients manage and develop their portfolios. You will be handling complex transactions with no supervision as well as working as part of a highly successful team.

You will be acting on behalf of a wide range of UK-wide businesses to include large corporate and charity clients (including two FTSE 100 companies); property developers; corporate, retail and public sector landlords and tenants.

The successful applicant will enjoy being involved in business development and marketing to include attending client seminars, client events and writing newsletters. You will help to develop client relationships further and to acquire new clients. You will ensure that the client is at the heart of all activities which generates a valued service outcome in a timely and cost-effective manner.

There is a clear career path with ongoing guidance, training and support as required as you will be mentored to develop the role further over time as part of their succession planning. You will lead by example and motivate more junior team members to be bold, ambitious and achieve success by supervising and assisting with the management and development of these junior fee-earners.

It is envisaged that this role would ideally suit an enthusiastic Commercial Property Solicitor who has at least four years' PQE relevant commercial property experience, however applications from more junior candidates with the requisite experience will also be considered.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package with extensive benefits plus excellent working conditions and you will be based in an enviable location working in an impressive building.

For further information or an initial conversation in strict confidence, please contact Tracy Harris at QED Legal.
