Associate – Litigation
LAW Absolute is working on behalf of a highly prestigious Top 50 Law firm in their search for an Associate with Insolvency Litigation experience to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution Group.
The successful candidate will be joining a team of experts who also have experience handling large and complex commercial disputes and fraud cases, often with an international dimension.
The insolvency team act for both claimants and defendants, including: insolvency practitioners, directors, lenders, creditors and other stakeholders in relation to all formal insolvency processes including advice in respect of:
•Administration including sales and purchases of insolvent businesses
•Asset freezing and other injunctive relief
The ideal candidate will have gained strong fraud, insolvency and general commercial litigation experience gained at a reputable firm.
You will be confident in managing client relationships, workloads and priorities. looking for proactive applicants who are ambitious and have lots of drive and enthusiasm. Candidates should be proactive, and have lots of drive and ambition. Commercial acumen is also necessity, as well as the ability to 'think on your feet'.
