One of the North Wests leading law firms, specializing in Personal Injury claims has a rare opportunity for an experienced RTA Portal fee earner to join their RTA MOJ Portal department to come on board as their RTA MOJ Portal Team Manager.

The RTA MOJ Portal department is one of the largest and they deal with all pre-litigated RTA Portal claims from instruction through to completion on behalf of some of the UK's leading insurers.
 
Your role will see you taking responsibility for your own small caseload of RTA MOJ portal whilst ensuring that the wider team are hitting KPI's, achieving the best outcome for clients, providing excellent service and ensuring that junior team members are supported when necessary.

As a Team Manager, you will support the Head of Department in ensuring that the department runs smoothly overall and continuously develops in line with the wider business needs.
 
You will be an experienced RTA Portal fee earner with a strong background in handling claims through the portal process and have previous supervisory or managerial experience.

You will be passionate about what you do and have the confidence to motivate your team and strive for the best outcome for your clients.
