Job Details
A great opportunity has come about for an ambitious individual to join a leading firm who are well recognised for providing legal services to the health, social care and housing sectors.
The business are looking to grow there Housing Development team based in Winchester, by taking on an ambitious fee-earner. The firm are considering individuals qualified and non-qualified at all levels.
The team deals with various residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-sales, lease extensions, deeds of variation, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
This role will be working as part of the busy and supportive Asset Management Team within the Housing and Regeneration department, alongside other Case Handlers, a Team Leader, Solicitor and Partner.
The role would require you to assist the team in all aspects of their caseload which include drafting routine correspondence and documents, preparing mortgage approvals and completion statements and dealing with exchange of contracts and completions. There will also be an element of admin work involved.
The ideal candidate would have great academics and good communication skills. You will be confident in a client facing position able to deliver an exceptional client care service. You will be very organised and self-motivated. The ability to be able to pay good attention to detail is required.
