If you are looking to inherit a busy commercial property caseload and progress your career within a top-rated law firm based in Truro, this may be the perfect role for you.
In this role, you will pick up on long-established existing client requirements as well as developing new clients across the county and beyond.
Your inherited caseload will be broad and include both local matters as well as wider UK sales and acquisitions, on both large and small projects.
In this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will form part of the wider commercial team, providing bespoke solutions for varied business clients.
You will have full-time secretarial support and be keen to progress within one of Cornwall's premier law firms.
