This long established firm and team is expanding and seeks either a newly qualified solicitor or legal executive with up to 3 years' PQE. Those with more experience are also encouraged to apply. 
 
To apply for this Newly Qualified Property Finance Solicitor role, you do not need a banking or finance background. What you do need is either a commercial or residential property background. The firm will invest in you and teach all you need to know. You will be developed into being a rounded real estate finance specialist! 
 
Your clients will include both lenders and borrowers, but mainly borrowers, and you will be involved in major projects valued up to £250M. In this position, you will not handle hundreds of different matters, but rather a small amount (approx. 10 matters) at any one time, each running for at least 2 months, meaning you get more exposure and deeper client involvement from day one. 
 
This role is varied, and although your specific department deal with real estate finance security, you will be handling matters to include: due diligence on acquisitions, planning, stock rationalisation, and risk. 
 
You will work with a national team of industry big hitters. Many of whom are very influential and shaping policy and procedure within this area of law globally. 
 
The training you will receive will be first class! Both in-house and external you will be encouraged to learn and develop from day one, attending and where appropriate assisting with marketing initiatives and seminars. You wont be expected to run before you can walk, but will be given the opportunity to take it all in at your own speed and develop your own networks and industry links for the future.   
 
Starting salary (for newly qualified solicitors) of £42k, paying more for more experience. Top benefits package including agile working, two bonuses per year & health insurance.
