One of Kings Lynns longest established and most successful multi service law firms are looking to add a residential conveyancer to their highly respected property team.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be able to handle their own caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgage matters. It is expected that you will be able to handle matters from start to finish and have a friendly and personable manner with strong client facing skills in order to maintain this firms reputation for excellence.

The property department forms an important part of this multi service firm and they take pride in their reputation in the local community. Much of their work comes from word of mouth recommendations, repeat business and their excellent reputation in the local area.

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but will be highly competitive for area and will be part of a good package.

You will be able to look forward to excellent progression prospects and ongoing training and development opportunities. The firm has a low staff turnover with many people staying with the firm the whole of their careers due to the opportunities on offer and the fact that they are one of the areas leading law firms.
