An experienced Corporate Solicitor is required to join a Legal 500 listed practice based in their Luton/St Albans offices.
Operating for over 150 years across the Northern Home Counties, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.
The successful Corporate candidate will be able to undertake a broad range of corporate work including share and asset disposals, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising and general corporate advisory work advising an equally broad range of clients, including private companies, banks and investment funds.
