Corporate Solicitor
A highly regarded private practice requires a corporate solicitor to join a partner led department, candidates will have gained experience in either a City or leading regional firm dealing with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals, capital markets and equity investment.
The successful applicant can expect to work on a case load of high value files for large national and international businesses.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and is complemented by an excellent benefits package.
