Residential Conveyancer - Eastbourne - £30000 - £40000

An interesting role at one of the region's established law firms providing a full service to clientele across the East Sussex region. With the firm based at several sites in and around the Eastbourne area with this particular office being a short commute Eastbourne itself.

The CQS recognised conveyancing team work to very high standards of service. in all property matters including sales and purchases of both residential and commercial property - freehold, leasehold, commonhold etc., planning considerations, rights of access, boundaries, shared obligations and service connections as well as nature of ownership, third party rights, finance, insurance and inheritance tax considerations and development work.

This position requires an individual who knows the residential conveyancing process well and consider yourself to be competent in dealing with matters such as sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers. Ideally you would to be technically sound with prior experience in managing your own residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion (under supervision is perfectly acceptable). The firm are keen to speak to individuals who are already qualified Property Solicitors, Legal Executives with non qualified but experienced Fee Earners also being of interest.

You should be an enthusiastic individual keen to engage and work closely with colleagues and clientele, be of approachable and personable character and client focused at all times. Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development and marketing are highly desirable and will ensure ongoing success to team and see you develop professionally within the firm.
