My US law firm client is a global law firm with more than 1,500 lawyers worldwide

If you are a Hong Kong qualified lawyer, with more than two years' solid work experience in Hong Kong and regional initial public offering transactions, have a client-centric attitude and are motivated to progress your career in an international firm, you might find this role a good place for your career development.

Our opportunity

Their pipeline of work is strong, so you will be joining to work on a range of initial public offering transactions and related matters for our public company clients. Their team draws on the collective experience from across the Firm enabling them to address the full range of challenges. The position will suit an outgoing person with a commercial attitude along with a confident and proactive approach, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as a team player.

You

Their teams work closely with their clients and other advisors, so good communication skills are essential. You should be able to speak and write good English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), with excellent academics, sound legal knowledge and drafting skills. Your willingness to work hard and develop client relationships will also be valued by them.
