QED Legal is working with a very highly regarded Legal 500 and Chambers listed national practice whose Private Client Team is enjoying a significant increase in instructions and so is now eager to appoint an additional Private Client Solicitor to its envied Private Client Team at the firms' Birmingham city centre office.

This firm has won a host of awards and continues to be listed in the Sunday Times' Top 100 Companies to work for. It is a major player in the market and offers bespoke legal services in a variety of sectors to include wealth protection, real estate, technology, charities, employment, corporate and education with a client base consisting of large PLCs, high net worth families, landowners, a plethora of government and public bodies and a number of educational institutions.

The firms' Private Client Team has one of the best reputations in the sector and is proud to boast Tier 1 rated practitioners nationally who act for a varied client base which comprises owner managed businesses, charities, professionals and directors in addition to individuals and families who are on a very solid financial footing meaning that the clients you will act for are able to provide technically complex and high calibre instructions.

The firm is now looking to consolidate its Birmingham offering with the appointment of a solicitor from NQ level up to around 2 yeas' PQE and who has gained experience at a very strong regional or national practice. You will be tasked with handling a broad variety of wills, estates and trusts on behalf of high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients which will comprise tax and trust work, will drafting and estate administration. You will not simply deal with relatively straight forward matters as the majority of work will comprise complex subject matter such as dealing with high value complicated financial structures and you will be involved in advising on a variety of issues involving tax.

What is important is that you have a desire to continue with your professional development and are ambitious and enthusiastic about forging a career in the private client sector and that you intend to become an integral part of the team, both in Birmingham and nationally.
