The firm are seeking to recruit a new Employment Senior Associate / Partner into their City of London office.
Although the Employment department is still relatively small compared to that of other departments, they are very busy and have had a real influx of high quality work. You will deal with well-known public figures, SME to large national companies and HNW individuals. There is demand from their client base for this service.
You will deal with an excellent quality of work, of both claimant and respondent work. The client base will range from SME to National companies, Company Directors and HNW individuals. The variety of work will make for a much more interesting caseload. You will work as part of a growing team dealing with both contentious and non-contentious work.
This role would be well suited to a candidate that may have hit a glass ceiling in terms of progression and Partnership. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established firm that has real ambition to continue to grow.
- You will be an Employment Lawyer with at least seven years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of experience)
- You will be based in the City of London office.
- You will ideally have experience of leading a team, although this is not essential
- A good billings history is essential, experience of introducing new business is desired
- You should be ambitious and wanting to progress
- Remuneration is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure and benefits package
