Business Crime Associate Solicitor

A firm widely recognised for their leading expertise in Criminal & Civil Fraud, Business Crime and Litigation are looking to hire a Business Crime Associate. You will have 3-6 years PQE with experience of the FCA or general White Collar Crime & Sanctions.

The Role

The firm are hiring a strong Business Crime Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE to join their expert practice. Previous experience in Criminal Law is essential. Any candidates with fraud, extradition or regulatory litigation would be an advantage.

This opportunity will give the new hire access to high quality work in a friendly team with a supportive platform in which to develop and further their career.

The work in this practice includes Corruption & Bribery, Criminal Fraud, Criminal Restraint & Confiscation, Money Laundering, Employee Fraud, Cybercrime and this list is by no means exhaustive.

The Requirements

• Business Crime Associate Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE.
• Must be qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Criminal Law experience essential.
• Either FCA or White Collar Crime & Sanctions experience.
• Hardworking and collaborative in your approach
• Confident and able to manage a demanding workload
• Technically minded with a solid understanding of Criminal Law.
