Commercial Property Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading international practice in Birmingham City Centre.
You will be responsible for handling and running an existing caseload as well as developing further work for the department and files will include;
- Sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold property
- Negotiating commercial leases
- Property finance
- Handling commercial property developments
- Sales of property at auction
The successful newly qualified solicitor will ideally have some residential development exposure during training contract. Solid technical skills ideally developed at a highly regarded regional, national or international firm
