Job Details
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Corporate Finance Senior Solicitor with at least 8 years' PQE to work for a forward thinking, dynamic Legal 200 firm in Crawley.
As part of this successful Corporate Finance department, you will be the lead fee earner for the mid-sized transactions, and you will be the main assistant for the Partner working on the larger transactions. You will also be mentoring more junior fee earners.
You will be acting on a range of transactions including M&As; private equity, investments and bank funded acquisitions; joint ventures and advising banks on acquisition, and structured finance. Your clients will include large PLCs, private equity houses, and financial institutions.
You will have a minimum of 8 years' PQE in corporate finance and a strong commercial approach.
