Job Details
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE to join a successful Legal 200 firm in Crawley.
Working as part of the Commercial Property team, your role will involve dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters including the acquisition and disposal of commercial and industrial properties including brown field sites, preparation of leases, development of land for residential and business purposes, and securitisation of assets.
You will manage your own caseload alongside supervising more junior members of the team. You will be instrumental in promoting the department, participating in business development and marketing activities.
