Job Details
Are you an experienced Property Paralegal with plenty of knowledge within conveyancing? We have a Legal 500 law firm who is looking for a Property Paralegal who is ready to hit the ground running within their Manchester office.
To be successful within this role you need to be a great communicator who is self-efficient. Time management and attention to detail are key attributes needed for the role. You will be required to come from a Conveyancing background with strong knowledge with sales and transactional processes within this field. You will also be required to be efficient with Microsoft office packages including Word and Outlook.
Your main duties within this role will be assisting the Solicitor with their caseloads of residential and developer plot sales with the possibility to assist with purchase transactions. You will be required to fully support the Solicitor and team with administrative duties. You need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, lenders and other solicitors in a confident and polite manner to ensure deadlines are met. Opportunity to assist with post completion of files in the Commercial Property department may also arise allowing you develop your experience.
