Personal Injury Fee Earner

An experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner is required for an established firm of Solicitors based in Merseyside due to a period of exciting expansion and increase in work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning and well-regarded firm who predominantly specialise in personal injury and clinical negligence work. Many of the partners have been with the firms for several years which is testament to the ethos and culture within the firm.

The role would suit a qualified solicitor, legal executive or fee earner qualified by experience. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone wanting to join a strong team offering good quality work and with scope for genuine career development. You will also have wider support of legal assistants and paralegals within the team.

You will have solid experience of dealing with personal injury claims that have exited the MOJ claims portal and will therefore be confident dealing with a caseload of litigated matters. Claims you will be dealing with will range from fast track through to lower value multi track matters.

Salary is up to 36,000 together with an excellent bonus structure, additional benefits and free parking.
