A UK top 100 firm with offices established across the UK are looking to add further expertise to their Housing Management team based out of the London office.
They are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal with a minimum 6 months experience in a similar role. You will have good technical knowledge of Property Litigation as the core area of the role is Housing Management work for Housing Associations. The role is progressive and the opportunity to handle your own caseload will be given quickly therefore, you must be able to 'hit the ground running' providing advice and assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords in a broad range of matters including possession proceedings based on rent arrears, breach of tenancy, anti-social behaviour and unauthorised occupiers, injunction proceedings, disrepair claims and claims against leaseholders including forfeiture.
You will have a minimum of a 2:1 degree in law or equivalent qualification, you will also have completed or be in the process of completing an LPC or CILEX.
Client care is of paramount importance therefore, you should be a confident communicator and keen to engage with individuals and clients with confidence and a professional and friendly manner. You must be approachable and confident in order to foster good relationships with existing clients and be keen in playing an active role in future business development.
