Clinical Law - Advisory and Inquest Solicitor - London - Top Tier National Defendant law firm.

The Advisory and Inquest team of a highly regarded law firm is currently seeking a number of Solicitors/ Barristers to join their department due to the rapid growth and success of the Healthcare, Clinical team.

The Clinical Law team acts for a range of clients including NHS organisations, governmental and regulatory bodies and number of private and public healthcare and GP Practices.

In addition to the outstanding Clinical Negligence work the firm undertakes, the firm also carries out a range of advisory and advocacy services for a number of clients. Your role will be interesting and varied and will include dealing with leading inquest cases, you will be advising clients on public law issues, COP matters, regulatory matters and judicial reviews.

To progress to interview stage, you must have advocacy and inquest experience, therefore you will be a confident solicitor or barrister that has great communication skills. Ideally the firm is seeking an individual that has gained there experience from a similar, leading healthcare practice, although the firm will consider candidates with advocacy experience, without healthcare experience.

You must be flexible as there is a small element of travel involved, but not extensive.
