This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer that is looking to join an award winning firm at a time of growth that provides unrivalled career prospects
Based in modern, well equipped offices in a convenient location for commuter links, this opportunity would suit conveyancers with experience in residential conveyancing that has been gained in a busy environment.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years residential conveyancing experience and be a fee earner, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or a qualified solicitor.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as being committed to delivering excellent client care and customer service
Duties and responsibilities will include:
-Running a full caseload of Sales, Purchase, Re-Mortgage, Transfer of equity in both freehold & leasehold
-Handling between 70-100 files
-Working with administrative/secretarial support to complete residential property tasks.
The role is fully supported by a conveyancing assistant & secretary.
