This is a genuine opportunity to grow your career with a progressive and commercially successful national law firm.
The role will involve working as a key member of a friendly team advising staff and partners across the business on the management of risk, ensuring best practice at all times while seeking supervision where appropriate from Solicitors within the team. The firm are willing to consider somebody interested in transitioning into Risk and Compliance work; training will be available for the right candidate.
You will have an analytical approach, and some experience of managing and advising on often complex and diverse legal problems. Strong academics are essential. You will need to be people orientated and able to adapt your style and the way in which you give your guidance to accommodate the range of colleagues you will be advising. You will need to be comfortable being visible and accessible to teams and be willing to deal with a significant amount of ‘informal traffic’ within your day to day work.
