The opportunity is open to Solicitors or Legal Executives who will have trained and gained experience at any level of law firm. You will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE.

You should be a confident, proactive fee earner with a passion for Employment Law, and you will be technically strong with research, drafting, and negotiating skills.
 
There is repeat business from their current client base, but you should also be open to business development and networking.
 
There is a very good working environment at the firm where ideas are embraced and considered.
