An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE is required to join a Legal 500 listed practice based in their Milton Keynes office due to an influx of work.
Operating for over 150 years across the Northern Home Counties, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.
The successful applicant will be able to handle a mixed caseload to deal with all matters associated with commercial property including acquisition and disposal, land developments/re-developments, lease renewals and development of residential/commercial estates.
