This strong regional firm has a brand new vacancy for a Residential Conveyancer to join their successful team in Bolton.
You will be surrounded by a supportive team of Qualified Conveyancers who work alongside one another to get the best result for the client.
Although the law firm has 13 offices nationally, you will be lucky enough to be apart of a "family feel" culture which promotes teamwork and encourages a healthy work life balance.
There is a strong salary on offer for the right candidate alongside a market leading benefits package.
Your caseload will consist of high value Residential freehold/leasehold, sale and purchase transactions, but on the odd occasion it may include some remortgage and Transfer of Equity matters.
The law firm encourages a healthy work life balance and therefore your working hours will strictly be 9am-5pm (which includes one hour for lunch).
