Construction Solicitor (1-4 yrs PQE)

Based in Manchester city centre, and headed by a supportive and effective leadership team, this firm continues to go from strength to strength. A new construction vacancy has arisen, which is likely to appeal to a solicitor with up to 4 years PQE. Applications also welcome from high calibre NQ applicants who have construction law experience.

This construction role comprises both contentious and non-contentious instructions including standard form and bespoke contracts, appointments and warranties, construction disputes, arbitration and adjudication proceedings.

Instructed by a diverse range of developer, contractor, building and constructional professionals, you will find an interesting mix of instructions providing excellent experience. Unlike some of the roles with very large teams, this positon combines quality instructions with the opportunity to work closely with clients on all aspects of transactions and proceedings.
