Job Details
Due to client demand, a large Legal 200 firm in Surrey is looking to hire a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer into their highly regarded property team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience as a Residential Property Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer and will be confident handling their own caseload of sales, purchases, mortgages and remortgages, buy to let, and transfers of ownership from initial inception to completion. Although the firm has well-built client relationships, the successful candidate must be commercially viable and enjoy business development and marketing.
