Job Details
An experienced Residential Conveyancer is required by one of the region's longest standing practices who is currently expanding their well regarded Residential Conveyancing department, based out of Newton-le-Willows.
Joining this well-established department, you will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (paralegal/fee earner or solicitor) looking to further their legal career as part of a well-established and friendly team. You will have previous experience handling residential conveyancing transactions (ideally from instruction through to completion) including, sales & purchase, leasehold and freehold, transfers of equity, right to buy etc.
The team overall are vastly experienced, you will work alongside senior solicitors, licensed conveyancers, fee earners, and have full support from administrators and legal assistants. You will have your own caseload of files and be expected to be able to work with little to no supervision.
The salary for this role is competitive and will be in line with your previous experience, there is also a generous bonus system and full benefits, including on-site parking.
