Property Litigation Senior Associate (4 years PQE +)

My client is a Top 100 Law firm based in heart of London, Chambers and Partners ranked and has achieved numerous Top Tier rankings in The Legal 500 with over 30 solicitors being ranked as 'leading individuals'. They have a strong litigation department of over 15 Solicitors covering Commercial, Civil and Property Litigation, acting across services for individuals and businesses. They are now seeking a Senior Associate experienced in Property Litigation.

You will be joining a well-established department which offers great prospects, progression and career development, working alongside the Head of Department to further grow and development the department. The Property Litigation department handles a broad range of work including 1954 act, Commercial Lease Disputes, rent disputes, breach of covenant, possession claims, landlord and tenant and ownership disputes.

The department has clear structure of what they would like to achieve in the coming years, this is an exciting and pivotal time to join.

It is vital that you will be a Property Litigation Solicitor over 4 years PQE having previous experience acting a Senior Fee Earner whilst providing excellent client service and contributing a hands-on approach to business development.
