Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Are you a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking to take on a new challenge in a strong law firm in the West Yorkshire region? If so, this opportunity should not be missed. Due to an influx of work, our client is recruiting into its hugely successful Residential Conveyancing team in Leeds.

The residential conveyancing department is incredibly successful they are, therefore, looking for someone with a solid conveyancing background to add to the overall success of the team. You will be required to handle a full residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.

This is a more traditional residential role working with local estate agents and financial advisors handling a real mixed bag of work including freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered land. You will be working with a supportive team, headed by an equity partner at the firm. The team acts for a wide client base, therefore client relationship building and retention is key.

You should be able to work comfortably within a busy and lively team and be able to handle demanding clients within a fast paced working environment with ease. Due to the firm's client centric approach, excellent communication skills are a necessity, as well as the ability to network with clients from a variety of backgrounds. Personality is extremely important to our client, therefore you should be enthusiastic and friendly. The ideal candidate will be looking for a long term career with the firm with a desire to learn and develop within property

The successful candidate should be 2+ years' PQE, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this bracket and are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil this role.
