Private Client Associate / Partner

This highly commercial Northern firm are bucking the trend within the market of being able to service high quality Private Law work, responding to the needs of the clients rather than needing to box them all into the 'processes' that may work for commercial clients but don't for private clients.

With a strong base of commercial clients in Leeds, and a highly successful private client team elsewhere, they are looking to recruit a strong Private Client Lawyer who is capable of making the most of their commercial clients from a personal law perspective. They are looking for someone who can help, with the support of both locally and elsewhere, to drive this work forward over the mid to longer term

This would suit someone either at Partner level who is looking for a greater degree of autonomy and independence than they already have, or you may be someone approaching partner level who is looking for clarity of career opportunity. It may well be that you are within a strongly positioned team but one where there are already a strong base of partners and perhaps not the ability to easily create the business case for an additional partner. The focus within the firm is on complex and high net worth work and they are looking for someone who replicates this.
