Our client is a niche firm who focus on Employment and Commercial work. As a result of the firm's recent success, they are now looking to expand the employment offering by recruiting an experienced Employment Solicitor to help push the department to further success.

The firm is founded on quality and client service and are looking for someone who holds these core values at the heart of everything they do. The firm has more Employment work that it can currently handle but are looking for someone who can work with others in developing new relationships and winning new work. By passing some of their work over their existing lawyers will have the time to develop contacts further; that said they would want anyone joining to have ideas about how they can also develop business as there would not be a full caseload on day one.

In addition to undertaking the work there will be every opportunity to have insight into and involvement in the strategic side of the team, this is what may really appeal to people about this role.
