Well respected brand in the Leeds market which has an excellent reputation for its range of commercial services and the strength of its Commercial Property offering, is looking for a real estate NQ for 2019. The real estate department is busy and whilst the firm has retained NQs in other field they are wanting to resource this role externally.

An ideal candidate will be a Solicitor at NQ-1yrPQE level, and September 2019 qualifiers will be of interest. You'll need to have had some decent exposure to real estate as a trainee, and ideally will be coming from a recognized commercial firm.

Evidently it is a close market for real estate skills at the moment, but the USP for this firm in comparison to the larger national firms is really comparable quality of work, a greater level of client exposure, and also the expectation that you'll have a greater appreciation of work/life balance than might be expected than some of the larger national brands - this practice has not lost its grasp of the importance of fostering a positive culture.

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious junior commercial property solicitor at the NQ-1 level, with mentoring and partner support from more experienced colleagues who have large firm backgrounds.
