QED legal are working with a progressive, modern and expanding Legal 500 listed practice in Milton Keynes assisting in the recruitment of a Company/Commercial Lawyer to their highly regarded team.
Operating for over 150 years across the Northern Home Counties, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. The successful candidate for this position must be able to confidently deal with a broad range of company commercial matters. Work coming into the department will include matters such as shareholders agreements, structures and restructuring of companies, IP/IT, data protection and a broad range of commercial contracts.
Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 3 years PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable practice.
