COMMERCIAL LITIGATION - NQ-2 HULL

Our client is a Legal 500 rated single site full-service commercial firm in Yorkshire, focused predominantly on a regional commercial client base, but also with national profile in some of their key client sectors. A well-liked and progressive firm, they are looking to recruit to their Litigation Department, which covers all aspects of disputes resolution for commercial clients, including general CDR and also Property Litigation, Insolvency and Construction matters.

They are looking for a number of Solicitors, and are interested in NQ-2yrPQE level lawyers for Commercial Litigation, ideally that to include some property litigation or construction disputes work. The successful candidates will work in close support of the partners, and handle their own matters at a level aligned to their experience.

In due course if a candidate wants to follow a niche area then that will be up for consideration on its merits but certainly the firm are receptive to such suggestions, which is refreshing for junior lawyers who may have their own interest in certain types of work.

This firm has a very pragmatic approach and a collegiate culture and so they will be looking for someone who is a team player and who is keen to get fully involved in the business. They like personality and people who are keen to develop relationships and to enjoy communicating with clients and intermediaries, and this role does carry high leves of client contact.

Remuneration will be competitive and appropriate for the skills this client wants to engage.
