The Role

Because the firm is growing, they are looking for a Pensions Paralegal to join their thriving Pensions team in London.

You will support a Partner and Legal Director on a range of matters. You will attend client meetings, maintain action lists to ensure tasks are completed, maintain files for key clients, draft advice to clients, prepare deeds of appointment, amendment and consolidation, check legal documents, assist with due diligence on Corporate transactions and draft Pensions provisions for Sale and Purchase agreements, etc.

This would be an excellent opportunity for a Pensions Paralegal to join this flourishing, dynamic practice.

Requirements

· You will be a Pensions Paralegal (2+ Years' Experience)
· You will come across exceedingly well
· Ideally, you will currently be at a top 100 firm
· You will be ambitious and driven
· You will have experience in a wide range of Pensions matters
